These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the vulcero.com website (the "Site"). Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not govern the use of any mobile application or game published by Vulcero — those are subject to their own end-user license agreements and the terms of the applicable app store.
1. About Vulcero
The Site is operated by Vulcero, an independent studio ("Vulcero", "we", "our", "us").
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by sending automated traffic, viruses, or malicious code;
- scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site in a manner that goes beyond normal browsing or fair use;
- use the Site to impersonate Vulcero or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation.
4. Intellectual property
The Vulcero name, logo, wordmark, page layouts, copy, and all other content on the Site are owned by Vulcero or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or content except to view the Site as intended.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or store listings. Vulcero does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vulcero disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including those of accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vulcero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if Vulcero has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Vulcero's total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100).
8. Assignment
Vulcero may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all of its assets, without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer these Terms.
9. Severability and entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vulcero regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
